Yes, you should accept as much help and food as you can. You can do the babies but let someone(s) else do the housework, groceries, cooking, laundry, etc...Let and invite help so you can concentrate on the babies and healing etc...during the fourth trimester!!

Fun fact, someone told me that pregnancy brain is actually caused by the lack of blood flow to the brain while pregnant, so it is actually a thing! I am praying you make it to 37 weeks!💜

I just found your channel last night & just started binge watching them. I’m finally caught up! I am so so so happy and excited for you! What a blessing that these past few weeks have been going way better than previous ones! I’m praying for you, your husband, & those babies everyday. If they (which I’m sure they will) look anything like you they are going to be beautiful. You look stunning even 30 weeks pregnant.. that’s almost unheard of!! Thinking of you all everyday & I wish you and your husband the absolute best!

Heather, This is Linda Ott. My friends and I have been praying for you and the babies! We are all thankful you got thru the worst part! And we are still praying for you! You sound so mature and practical about the whole situation. I have been watching some of you videos. I was hesitant to subscribe because it is under my husband. You look great and I love to see you and Alex together! He's such a great sport! Bless you both and your upcoming delivery of those two precious ones! Linda Ott

My nieces are 15 this year😭 I cant remember now who was who, but A was head down and B was transverse. They were a medicated (epidural) vaginal birth via induction at 39wks for blood pressure rising. One question to ask you care provider would be if she has had the training to reach in and manually turn baby B if needed. Many times they flip on their own once A is out because of the space. But definitely something to ask! Definitely practice mentally letting go because many care providers I've interviewed searching for the right one the second time around say its suuuuuper common for a mental block to kinda stall things for a while around 6cm especially for people who really like control and planning. It's hard to really understand until you go through something, but everyone tends to downplay the risks of cesarean for mom and baby. If its truly medically needed thank goodness we have it, but talk to your doctor about how she handles the higher risk of maternal hemorrhage with a cesarean and the higher risk of NICU time for breathing problems. Both risks are higher in a scheduled surgery without labor. Thankfully we live in an era where it's still overall a fairly low risk. Then there are the long term side effects like issues with surgical adhesions (scar massage and Mayan abdominal massage help a lot!), the potential for bowl obstructions years down the line, and the potential to affect future pregnancy by increasing risk of placenta previa and placenta acreta. Like I said if its needed that's great, but parents deserve informed consent.♥️ I love Natalie Diaz's twin birth story on The Birth Hour podcast. Shes hilarious and so bluntly real. Shes the founder of Twiniversity I think. Have you looked into local IBCLCs? Try to find one with experience in nursing multiples to work with you. The Birthful podcast has amazing breastfeeding archives. The badass breastfeeder and the boob group are couple more. Kellymom.com is an amazing free resource. And these books are great: www.thriftbooks.com/w/breastfeeding-made-simple-seven-natural-laws-for-nursing-mothers_nancy-mohrbacher_kathleen-a-kendall-tackett/258013/ www.thriftbooks.com/w/breastfeeding/18426694/ Get some of those kindred bravely nursing and pumping tanks for the hospital. The symphony pump is great, but it's pretty awful to sit and hold it to your chest. Still have to be upright but hands free will be way better. Set up lots of food for postpartum so you have really easy decent food! Super regret not doing that. And YES on no one staying at your house!!! I was not good at boundaries the first time and I can see how it could majorly affect the nursing journey. A good idea would be to have set hours and a chore list for visitors. That way they feel good about actually helping, but you still get healthy boundaries instead of hosting everyone when you guys should be bonding with babies. I think you guys have an awesomely realistic plan going into this!♥️

Thank you for all your videos! Currently 30.5 weeks pregnant with twins and hoping for a natural birth only because I had one with my Singleton nearly 3 years ago. Your bump definitely would have been what it’s like to be full term as my bump currently feels like what it was like at week 39 when I had my daughter! Love all your tips and it’s great your a few months in front of me as it’ll help me with my twins! Xx

Very good question and I'm not totally sure. Most likely, I would need a cerclage again because that is an issue just with how my body is built but hopefully that'd be it complication wise in comparison.
