Wow 31 weeks time is flying!!! I had rhinitis so bad with the twins! That part was miserable 😢 cleared up at birth though!

Is the Bradley method just a pregnancy exersize program? Is there a link for it?

It is actually an entire method for having a natural childbirth. I took a course on it with my first. Unfortunately it's not really a link I can point you too, but you can look up to see if there are classes in your area. I 100% recommend them!!!!
