Hey Heather, kind of a lurker here watching some of your gravel races and now your ultra runs. All I can say is Fricking WOW! You are an amazing athlete. I, like you, over the years found that even though I didn’t want to do tri’s any more, I knew the Bennie’s of brick workouts. At 63 I still love to have a hard gravel ride to a spot where I can hop of and run 3-6 hard the easy ride home, killer! Good luck and I am folllowing mow, a subscriber!

Love the Wahoo KICKR Run! The belt is wide, solid and rolls super smooth. The paddles for speed and incline changes are a game changer as well as the Run Free mode.

I would do some sort of movement as least once a day during my off season. Could be an easy jog, yoga, a hike with the dogs, or an easy ride on the trails. No structure just enjoying the down time. 🙏🙏❤
