Congratulations on another podium finish! That big peloton at the beginning is wild! Definitely skills needed to get going and steer clear through everyone. Do you find any difference in the structure and stress of triathlon training and racing versus ultrarunning and gravel rides?

I think Heather picked a good time to transition to gravel racing, it's a rapidly growing sport that hasn't even begun to reach its potential. She seems to have a solid plan on how to improve her racing "skills" on the bike. Looking forward to her growth in this sport. Good luck for the season!
