I fr take all my showers by candlelight or lamplight. It helps so much with my executive dysfunction by taking the pressure and extra stimulation out of the mix. It makes me feel so soothed and is honestly the best thing ever!

I see your firefighter call out and raise you a situation in which I was at the Christmas parade of a town right outside my city yesterday standing on the sidewalk with my sister when the parade started by being led by a bison walk so I said “ look at that cute boy” in reference to the bison cause he was adorable but everyone around me taught I was loudly voicing how I found the man leading the bison to be the cute boy in question and I was mortified and had to stand there for the next 30ish minutes for the parade to end because I didn’t go alone so I couldn’t leave! What’s up with Christmas parades this year 😭
