Girl, these two workouts were no joke! I could barely get into plank position duing this workout because my legs were so sore from yesterday. Circut three killed me! I don't know how many times I switched weights during this session. I am really loving the music in this series and, as always, I am grateful of the quality of content that you put out. People that aren't aware of your channel are really missing out. So glad that I found you during quaratine in 2020 !

I started the challenge yesterday and I only managed to do half of the leg workout because it was my ovulation day and I had no energy to finish it. My legs were literally shaking. Today I did this workout and I must say my arms are my weakest point. I didn’t expect to be able to fishing the workout but no…I did the whole thing with 4,5 kg weights and I didn’t shorten the repetitions too. Wow! The short length of the different exercises helped a lot! Now I’m happy and satisfied with my achievement! Thank you! Love from London, UK 🇬🇧

Heather I am so pumped - apart from lateral raises + skull crushes (5kg) & bicep burn out (2.5kg) - I managed everything on 8kg! I feel SO strong & proud of my progress from my last year ❤ I cannot wait to see how much I progress by the end of March! Thank you thank you thank you!!!

Hi Heather, 2 days in and loving every second. I’ve been waiting on a friend who is joining me, she’s coming back from a surgery and so this series is PERFECTLY timed. She’s recovering and I’m in a senior so we are easing into things. But, at the same time, pushing where we can. You’ll never frighten me away. I love challenges! Ok my weights are all much lighter but they are fine for me. I’m a small person, and only 5’1” but my light weights are 1,5kg to 2,0 kg; my mediums are 2,0kg to 2,5kg and heavy for me are 3,0 kg and 4,0 to 6,0kg dumbbells which I can use as heavy weights for single-weight reps. Thanks for these new great workouts Heather! ❤❤❤❤

Hi Heather, my forever friend🌹! This was a tough one - I challenged myself with 15lb and 20lb weights for some sets, which made trying to do more than 9 pushups from plank difficult. But I loved every minute of it. Thank you as always. On to day 3 🙂😉🌹🌹

Maybe I've just not given the upper body vids enough due diligence, this was wonderful- hit everything perfectly and the music. You even had some trap/house music throughout loved every minute 🎉

Wow!! Arms trembling by the end of this great session. Did I have to do some modifications - yes. Did I have to lift lighter (2kgs and 4kgs) - yes, but I completed the session. Great tunes helped definitely!

Im learning what my own body needs as well as when to back off. The 3 set was the hardest for me and I lowered the weights. Im also enjoying the repeat warm ups. I like predictability. Thanks HR. See ya tomorrow team 5.0

Had to modify a bit, my wrist has been bothering me since last week but I really wanted to start this program. Had to do incline push-ups to take pressure off and instead of the plank normal rows but got it done and my arms are going to be sore like my legs. Loving these workouts and music!

I have a comparatively stronger lower body than my upper body thus yesterday's lower body workout was not difficult for me. It was a great fun. However, today's upper body workout really challenged me... tough one but I am loving it. Thank you Heather. And your new set looks great. 👍
