Esta semana me tocó fullbody por temas laborales. Realicé esta rutina y está muy completa, tiene todos los grupos musculares, te desafía, no brincas demasiado pero quemas muchas calorías. Tuve que hacer descansos mas largos porque hace mucho calor hay olas de calor intensas en el país y es realmente extenuante y aún así quemé 355 Kcalorías Activas y 459 totales. Me gustó será de mis favoritas cuando no pueda hacer alguna de mis rutinas del programa que estoy haciendo de 4.0. Gracias HR.

R1D30 May 17 2024 With all stops and starts, I am thrilled for two things. One that I come back to the workouts and am consistent when I can be. Second my "smart" scale says I am slightly gaining muscle and slightly losing fat (weight has not changed but not a focus for me). Even if the scale is "smart" enough to lie to me, I'l take it!

I have tried so many workouts and always feel so burned out & defeated. I never stay consistent with them cause I almost am afraid to try the next day cause I'm so burned out. This workout has started to build strength, endurance and motivation. I am now confident in doing this workout & haven't missed a day yet. Even on my test days I have motivation to still want to do some low impact stretches and movements to get my heart rate up and get my body moving! Ive even started taking my nutrition more serious! Thank you Heather for such a a great program! ❤
