Nice video, thanks. BTW, the transformer voltage drop isn't caused by core saturation, it's caused by winding resistance. Core flux doesn't increase with load current.

Have you decided on a receiver to mate with your DX 60? The HR 10 (B), is OK on 80 and 40 meters, though, no CW filter. You'll find the higher bands above 40 meters are very weak on the HR 10. The SB 301 has a MUCH better rx and it has a position for a CW filter. I'm almost certain the DX 60 and SB 301 were on the market for some overlapping years and are period compatible. 73, Glenn WA4AOS
