Heathkit HW 12 Initial Test

My buddy John, WA1KLI did most of the work and all of the thinking getting my HP-23C power supply with the new circuit board working. Once that was operational the next step was to start testing the old Heathkit Single Band transceivers I have from the early 1960's. This is the initial reception test of the HW-12 80 meter transceiver.
