Run copper pipe around the bottom of the 3 walls with no door run exhaust through the copper to outside. Exhaust is lots of heat waste.

if you run your cold air intake hose outside ( small hose with the bug screen filter) your heater will put out more heat and burn less fuel. much like the cold air intake on a vehicle. laslty, bring your diesel tank inside, if it gets too cold it can gel and shut you down. in run 25 feet of exhaust line before it goes outside it helps with heat recovery from waste heat. other than that, happy gardening
