How do i get mine to work again?? It just stopped working all of a sudden. How do i get the top off? What do i need to unscrew the switch part of the pad?

Thank you for your advise I just bougth a new heating pad but It does not have a way to put a wet cloth inside can I just put the wet cloth on my skin and then the pad over it?

I would say yes if you don’t want it moist don’t put a moist sponge in it
