Doc!! Thank you!! I played a 9 hole round of golf yesterday & then a large bucket at the range to prepare for todays club tournament. I slept horribly with neck pain & woke up worse. I turned KZbin on, after my meditation, & there you were!!! Like an answered prayer 🙏🏽. I did all the exercises for the required reps & now I feel like I’m ready for my round. Wow!!!! I’m going to do them after the round & save this video to my notes to use as needed. Thank you so much for your expertise & service. Best neck discomfort video to date on KZbin. Bravo!!

My gosh man, I've been dealing with this pinch nerve in my shoulder and neck for over 2 weeks. Exercising I thought would give me relief, right along with taking Aleve to no avail. I came across this on my feed. SWEET BABY JESUS! I did the exercises in this video and the pain is finally gone away. Thank you, so much. My fellow Michigander.🙏🏽❤️✌🏾🕉

I subscribed a couple months ago. I'm 64 and was a heavy construction carpenter for 40 years. Had radial neuropathy in my right arm a few years back and my hand went dead. I got through that and recently my left has been shooting electric all the way down. I have carpal tunnel REALLY bad but am reluctant to have the surgery. These particular exercises are amazing. The most amazing thing though, IMHO, is that there are people like this that take the time out of their life to do these videos to help other people. Shows me there are still some good souls left in this terrible reality. I am humbled and very thankful for your help. It works.

Having surgery to correct my carpal tunnel syndrome on my right hand was the best decision I ever made. I'm about to have to do it soon on my left hand as well, and I'm not hesitant to do so at all. Just waiting on it to get severe enough for insurance to pay for it. I am normally a holistic minded person too, but I couldn't live with that unbearable pain any longer. For me, it was definitely the only option. If you do have surgery, the sooner, the better. Recovery is nothing.

Your videos are so inspirational. And I don’t know how KZbin knows all of the pains that I’m feeling, but they just happen to recommend all of the videos of yours that have the relief methods that I need. I have discovered some of these things over the years of time but you have a great way of explaining exactly what to do to fix certain problems. Also, sometimes we just need a reminder. It’s like having a personal trainer. You think you know what you’re doing until somebody else recommends that you do it a better way. Really appreciate you giving up the information, and this neck massage technique actually is feeling really good. I appreciate your expertise and you definitely know what you’re talking about. Not sure if you have been through an accident or you just had to help enough people that you figured it out but whatever the reason, we are thankful for your clarification and demonstration. Be well. Thanks again.

I've watched some of your other videos for shoulder stretching but it turns out this was actually what I needed. No stretch or exercise has ever given me the deep pop of releasing the pain I have under my right shoulder like this just did. @@bradallen9551 it took me almost a year to figure it out... Even after going to an osteopath he just told me to exercise more and I'd be fine. I have had TMJ for a long time and now that I'm focusing on the right side of my jaw it is pretty obvious that I'm experiencing referred pain. Even if you don't have this condition, many people clench and grind their teeth enough to make this a problem area. Hope this helps! Sometimes you have to be a detective about your health, haha.

Happy to say that there has been huge improvement. This was possible because your suggestions donot involve equipment and is easily doable wherever you are. The muscles in my neck and shoulders are rock hard and so sore they feel bruised. I’m convinced at this point that I’ll never find relief :’) I found your videos a few days ago and I’ve been binging them. I’m obsessed. I’ve felt a lot of temporary relief from many of your stretches, which has helped me sleep at night and feel more comfortable at work. I don’t know if I’m doing something wrong or if I’m impatient lol but even the temporary relief is so so great. I appreciate you and your great videos! It has become a nightly routine to stretch with you lol. I can’t express my gratitude enough!

if its still a problem i highly recommend to go to a physical therapist. Very personalised and they will address any issues with form/current posture. It is a bit pricey but if you have healthcare it should help with a majority of the payment.

Thanks a lot doc! I am a biology student and since I started to watch your videos, I was able not just to comprehend some anatomical notions and muscle connections, but I was also able to help my girlfriend, cause sometimes she sleeps in a bad way and get those pains. It feels great being able to relieve someone's pain while explaining those complex movements 😎 haha Cheers and a great huge from Brazil!
