I condensed this by about 25 sec to meet KZbin short requirements.. putting the longer version on TikTok and insta 🤍🤍 Your pm hair care doesnt have to look just like mine. Of course if you have curly hair you won’t be brushing or detangling… I have another video showing my curly hair pm routine.. I’ve learned that if I don’t take care of my hair at night, I’ll probably need to retouch it up in the am, and I’m trying to avoid unnecessary and excessive heat styling. -Tangle teezer -Bamboo hair brush - but there are multiple ways to massage your scalp gently -Vegamour gro serum- (remember these types of serums work for sure work for everyone because our hair sheds for different reasons, but it did really help me) just finished it and using the Dr v scalp spray now -Kerastase overnight serum Amika overnight mask -Kerastase Première Repairing High Shine Oil for Damaged Hair- you don’t need a oil at this price, I also like the L’Oréal hair oils, and the verb ghost oil - jumbo curler from eternal muse , I have this in two sizes, feels like a pillow so easy to sleep in - bonnet from Amazon

Gods, this is my hair goals for the next few years. I have maybe a fourth of the overall length and volume that you've got going on, but I just purchased myself some rosemary scalp oil and a satin bonnet to kick this journey off. Thank you for sharing your secrets with us. 💕

Ok but can we see you do this heatless method on your natural curls so it can be a true heatless curl? This works nice to preserve an already heated treatment but it would be nice to see your process using your natural curls during a heatless curl session and how it differs :)

i have a question after watching all your shorts lol. Do you blow dry your hair just after washing without letting it dry?

Hi 🤍 I put it in a microfiber towel for about 10 min so it’s towel dried hair.. and then I go ahead and blow dry..this helps me avoid hydra fatigue and I’ve realized it’s the healthier option for my hair. If I let it air dry too long it becomes limp and dull.. Even when I avoid heat, I still use the cool setting. Some hair can handle air drying better than others though. Probably more info than you wanted 😅

Not at all. Thanks a lot😊. I struggle with no blow drier at all and it's harder. If I leave it too long wet without drying it I get sick and the hair is not as beautiful as expected. So I'll try your way of grooming it​@@SarahSaleen
