Hey sarah! How to control over sweating on face? Or how to regulate body temperature.✨
@SarahSaleen3 күн бұрын
Hiiii! I would stick to water based products in the day time.. so a gel moisturizer.. or your sof can actually double as your moisturizer. Maybe go for an spf with a serum consistency like the p calm water barrier sun cream.. products with low concentrations of niacinamide may help to control oil production. Oil blotting sheets may help if you really need them.

Is there a benefit to drying your face after washing it? I was under the impression it was better to layer serums/toners over damp skin for better absorption… Also you are skin GOALS 🫶🏼
@SarahSaleen4 күн бұрын
Aw thank youu 🤍🤍. Yes technically If you’re using hydrating skincare right after cleansing there’s not need to dry you face completely or wait for it to dry. And then if you’re using actives right after cleansing then making sure your skin is dry first may decrease irritation. 🤍

I was testing some new products (the mask, serum, and device) so I just filed the whole routine . Will talk about the device soon either here or on TikTok/instagram 🤍🤍 Love you Anua cleansing oil mild Round lab mugwort cleanser April skin calendula peeling mask- has aha/bha but it’s not too strong, does help give skin a smoother appearance Pyunk yung yul essence toner Medicube collagen serum Medicube age r pro device - it’s supposed to help boost product absorption, has a Microcurrent setting, and a few other settings I’m still paying with I’m from rice moisturizer- favorite! This is a rich moisturizer but it helps control oil at the same time so it’s not too heavy.

Beauty! Have your eyelashes always been long and full? Or have lash serums helped a lot? I have fragile lashes due to extensions and I want them naturally dark, full and long on their own 😢
@SarahSaleen4 күн бұрын
Hii darling! Oh I’ve been there, not with extensions, but I broke off all my lashes when I was younger and have been babying them ever since. So yes I’ve always had thick dark noticeable lashes .. but now I have the natural lashes I’ve always wanted. They are so much healthier and thicker longer now. I use terez and honor lash serum and I get it from Amazon. It’s peptide based, no hormones. 🤍🤍

i have a question after watching all your shorts lol. Do you blow dry your hair just after washing without letting it dry?
@SarahSaleen5 күн бұрын
Hi 🤍 I put it in a microfiber towel for about 10 min so it’s towel dried hair.. and then I go ahead and blow dry..this helps me avoid hydra fatigue and I’ve realized it’s the healthier option for my hair. If I let it air dry too long it becomes limp and dull.. Even when I avoid heat, I still use the cool setting. Some hair can handle air drying better than others though. Probably more info than you wanted 😅

Hey doll? Im having fresh abrasion scars and stitch dent. What's your advice on getting over it?♥️
@SarahSaleen5 күн бұрын
Fresh abrasion scars and stitches? Omg I hope you’re doing okay. Once it heals, theres are silicone scar patches and silicone scar products that are proven to help improve things over time. Mederma has well known scar products.. But depending on how severe this is it may help to seek guidance from talking to a few plastic surgeons early on, that work with improving scaring to get more insight or come up with a treatment plan.. so sorry you’re going through that.

Hi Sarah, I'm also a natural curl girlie ! I want to get into heat styling my hair more but I am fairly active so I'm not sure how to keep my scalp clean throughout the week if i have blowdried my hair. How do you deal with sweating when you've heat styled your hair ? Thanks 🙏

Hii! It’s so hard I sometimes plan my difficult workouts around hair wash day 😂.. but it doesn’t always work that way, so I put my hair up on top of my head, with a thick spiral scrunchie and I’ll put on a headband. It’s not perfect but it helps 🥺🤍🤍

My chest area is acne prone and even when its clear there are marks from pimples in the past. Your skin is gorgeous! What skincare do you recommend for the chest area?
@SarahSaleen5 күн бұрын
Hii! Chest acne can be hormone related sometimes. I used to struggleee with it too. But I would definitely use a salicylic acid wash in the shower. If you have stubborn acne try a benzoyl peroxide wash.. apply it with your hands not a loofa or wash cloth and leave it on for a few min before washing it off. Out the shower you can try a body spray with salicylic and glycolic in it like the one from versed or Murad, if you feel your skin can tolerate it. Or just any leave on serum or toner that you like with bha in it.. It’ll help with the dark spots and maybe help with getting your skin consistently clear to start. 🤍
@Ba-Dum-Tssss5 күн бұрын
@@SarahSaleen will try these tips! I might use mandelic acid instead of glycol, seems like that is the safer option for skin of color. Thank you so much, appreciate your response! 🤍

You are very much right about not soaking in oil, that doesn't give faster results. Also not sleeping in it. Our scalp needs to breath so a few hour even 30min is enough.
