Im finally doing a step by step tutorial on how I french braid my own hair & achieve these heatless waves / crimped hair overnight ! I do this hairstyle atleast once a week and I can't wait for you guys to try it too!!

i know she likes the way her hair looks and there's nothing wrong with it bc it's her hair but if you guys think it's missing something just shake your head around or dig ur fingers into ur roots and shake it up a bit all around. the results in this tutorial look stiff and doll like but you'll still have ur beachy waves if you shake it up a bit

What you could do just twist it back add rubber band at end or hair band so it won't unravel or just part your hair in like 4 sections and make two braids on each side it will do the same thing..maybe 4 braids not French braids on both sides let it dry then u braid ..I wouldn't finger comb but if u want make sure hair is not even damp

Definitely try upside down 3 strand braid! I recommend 2 because it gives out the best waves. All you do is flip your hair upside down and you braid your hair. These braids give you the same curls as you do with French/Dutch and little braids

Thank you I do braids overnight and it is so easy to do. I also even tried the upside down braids. You flip your hair upside down and do a 3 stranded braids. I do 2 and I totally recommend 2. You get the same curls as you do French braid curls. I totally recommend trying this. I done little braids and French braids

Girl I loved your old video, I've been doing the 2 french braids curl/waves since summer of 2019 and it has SAVED MY HAIR, I used to use heat etc to my already bleached and fragile hair, but my hair is super duper thick, you are the first youtuber I've seen that has hair similar to mine! (Except yours is nicer and longer, so I can't wait to see what the braid curls will look like as my hair gets longer!) So glad you have a paddle brush but to detangle faster with it put it horizontal to your head so the handle should be pointed down to the floor if you notice the bristles align in a straight row. If you want tension during blow drying put the paddle vertically to the head the bristles this way aren’t aligned and grab the hair.

You’ll love it! It works 10x a charm as well! Definitely try upside down 3 strand braids. All you do is flip your hair upside down to do regular braids. It works 3x a charm

It should be pretty much almost dry when you do it

If you’re still waking up with it wet, try waiting until your hair is a little bit more dry before you braid and sleep with it in. I wait until my hair is about 75% dry. Hope this helps :)

Think try have shower early at night then wait till hair damp/dry could work? I think i had shower late could be why still damp in morning. Maybe try have shower say like 7pm? Plus my hair is thick too

no, bc the hair will be in a braid which is a protective hairstyle. if you sleep w your hair wet and loose, then yes, there will be breakage. you can also use hairspray after undoing the braids to keep the curls in place.

it depends on your hair texture, weather, what products you used etc. if u have fine straight fair, probably not very long. also, humid weather is gonna make it last shorter. if you put in some mousse or gel before braiding it’ll make the waves last longer because there’s more texture.
