Are you considering an APU? One thing that would make that engine last a lot longer would be not idling it so much. I know they're not cheap, but neither is an in-frame, (or worse!)

Idling hardly causes issues on Deleted or pre emission trucks. Josh needs to get the truck deleted.

That empty space would have driven me crazy if it were my rig. oh wow. paying for a parking spot? Husband has never heard of that himself but you have to do what you have to do to keep blue safe. Peace of mind is always a good thing.

Just noticed the letters on the front - KW. Those were my mom's initials. She drove truck in the 40's (for the army I think). In the past I got to ride with my uncle & brother. Always thought I wanted to be a truck driver too but ended up getting married & having kids.

We don't pay for the fuel... the consumer does. It's always included in the rate. Truckers don't pay for the fuel.. We're doing great

i know the area well, the next exit south has a Casey's with truck parking. It is a small spot but usually not full. Also, the Wal-Mart at that exit works. No shower at the Casey's tho, or the Wal-Mart.

If you decide to look at a APU for Ole Blue you might want to check out Green APU out of Illinois they are all self contained. Check out Just Trucking Channel he has a W900L with an GREEN APU.
