Great ideas for larger gatherings. I would like to see smaller versions for those of us with just 2-3 people who want a special dessert without leftovers or pre diabetic.

You could possibly put a sugar substitute in it and maybe some of their DELICIOUS treats could be frozen into single or more servings and then you could just get it out when you would like more 😊 I know diabetics who have done this just not these particular recipes

Diabetes is not caused by eating sweets. Diabetes happens because your pancreas quits working right. Everything you eat and drink converts into sugar somehow in the body and affects your pancreas and your blood sugar levels. I have 2 brittle diabetics in the family.
