Heaven's Gate is a 3D fighting game developed by Racdym and released by Atlus for arcades (running on Sony ZN-1 hardware) exclusively in Japan in 1996. One of Racdym's earliest 3D fighting games (the others being Genei Tougi: Shadow Struggle and Critical Blow), Heaven's Gate is a three-button fighting game similar to the Virtua Fighter series. It's unique for its light "angels vs. demons" theme and its use of low ceilings.

This is first game I played when I first stepped in to the arcade place, it was amazing back then and it always will be for me :) I have two PCBs of it, one without sound effects unfortunately.

Fun fact: there was a cut "drink the kool aid" bonus level that was removed when the licensing fell through (this is a joke)
