I'm not an expert, but i would say that it's only a normal scream with this effect you get when your hands around the mic are making a kind of soundbox. The scream he makes is probably his normal scream (kind of false chrods i guess ?), but the difference you heard between the whole song and this moment is surely a consequence of his hands around the mic.
