I always had a love/hate relationship with Robb screaming in and between every f***ing verse, chorus etc., for the audience to either yell back, sing along etc. etc. - he rarely finishes a single line in a verse before he yells out more commands 😂😂😂 They should let the music speak for itself a bit more, especially since it's plenty heavy without all that. The Lord Hetfield is a master in this field for instance and makes fewer seem more powerful. Still a kickass performance though!

@stelisklados Actually it's pretty easy mate. There's that program, AP Tuner, it's free, quite easy too use and accurate. It's just like a normal tuner, but you can change the ref. A note to 450Hz and get Burn My Eyes/The Blackening/ (looks like Unto The Locust is gonna be in 450Hz too, Locust is for sure) sound. Or simply take the original Davidian recording and tune the natural harmonics by ear (it's not really hard) and just use these three strings as the reference.

so thrash eats machine head's extreme metal for breakfast? look, all tree bands, exodus testament and mh are between my top favourite bands ever and there's one thing i've learned... you can't compare different types of metal and say this one is better than the other... you can compare exodus with testament but not these two with mh... mh have very few thrash songs...

he meant that they were one of the big thrash bands that helped the thrash movement take off. Anywhere from 1980 to 1989, the major thrash bands of that period would be considered forefathers, not just the Big 4 (Metallica, Slayer, Megadeth, and Anthrax)

@Metalfeak3 Not really. This performance is in Drop B, and original one is in Drop B with the reference pitch of 450Hz. It's somewhere between B and C. Robb Flynn confirmed that on The Frontlines (official MH forum).
