A very place to stay for elderly people. Best part is you get company and the time would never hang heavy. Even if your children are good and look after you nicely they would not be able to give company. What are the charges for the stay should be mentioned.

I went to see with my mom. Personally i felt bad when they said you cannot see today because it's Sunday. But another couple came after visiting it, they told us that its a very good plsce. I spoke to a senior citizen who was resident here , he said its just ok. Home is best if setting is possible

Grounds are huge but rooms are small & basic. Certainly not equipped to handle aging elders esp ones wt special needs. Too cramped to use walker, no easily accessible storage space around bed for medicines, etc , no trolley on which to serve food in room, Besides for the place to be similar to a home it needs an attached kitchenette with min small fridge, microwave & electric kettle. Also, this place needs a Yoga & meditation centre & massge rooms which they so need. Maybe part of the land could be converted to community farming. Working with soil is therapeutic. Working together also helps to bond. Use their knowledge to make preserves & pickles for their cafeteria. Let them organise fun days with nearby school children & for themselves. So much more can be done Good thing - elders use their knowledge to provide skills training to locals. And there is plenty place to walk around.

+ Aja Hope there are well equipped hospitals nearby plus medically trained staff in-house. Appears to be quite luxurious with freedom to move about. Though rooms do seem considerably small with not much tbought for senior citizen specific needs. Designer needs to have experienced living with seniors to be able to undersand their needs.

Based on my interaction and association with the people behind the project I can assure you it truly is a heavenly place to live in and spend your golden years (for what ever reason). The seniors get the comfort, care, companionship and most of all dignified respect. It is managed on a no profit - no loss basis, allowing you to maintain your existing standard of living without the every day home management hassles. I would certainly go and live there once I retire.

Tasneem abid I was given this info for charges. A refundable security of Rs. 1.5 Lac for single and Rs. 2 Lac for couple is required on the time of admission. The service provider company charges you Rs. 15000/- + 18% GST for single person and Rs. 20000/- + 18% GST for couple per month respectively. For joining we require any 2 id proofs, regular medical test reports, Income source, 3 passport size photos, 2 witnesses and 1 nominee. Admission process takes 2 days after collection of complete documentation.
