D standard is what you get when you tune the Bottom E on a guitar that's tuned to Drop C Drop D - E standard Drop c# - E flat Standard Drop C- D standard I've only played guitar for three/four years but have experimented with most drop and Standard tunings and I seen a guy play "Throw them to the lions in drop C but the real tuning is D-Standard.
