40 pc compared to getting new one in business point of view you can earn a lot if u have men like them working for u I bet u can have easily Millions in profit as the salary they get is 10 pc compared to what we pay to western ones and the work efficiency is best , they can work without helmets, gloves, shoes so in economic point of view I think everyone should hire them , they’re not burden but an asset whoever give them job , in my point of view they give money to owner more than 90 folds compared to our western one’s
