Skyler why doesn't the tiller ladders have a master stream on top of the ladders so they can go defensive mode same time as the tower ladders

FDNY has “buckets” but they are on truck chassis as CFD snorkel. Problem is access for vehicle, “spider” is on crawler with extendable stabilizers. Might not take the weight of high pressure water however.

Your initial camera sweep showed bad bad. Heavy fire in middle wing of 3-wing complex, extension into A wing which means already jumped throat and any trench cut. Trying to get ahead of this is extremely hard, especially with any manpower cuts. Wish guys would use drop-pins on windows instead of just smashing them. No Heat, No break. Those large H-Type had parapet walls in wings, but initially they only went to top floor ceiling. After a few years of this type of disaster they were coded to underside of roof. That too failed and the separating walls were coded above the roof around 1930. Around 25 min you can see fire has extended into C wing. Interesting to see what year this was built as to wall placement. Good video, stay safe

Yes, I believe in 28 the walls only went to ceiling of top floor. The next code change went to underside of roof, and then finally above the roof. $ is always the root of the trouble. Such a shame. I have seen multiple major losses in other videos in US of brand New Complexes becoming total losses because the locals did not require compartmentation of bldg.. @@grahamsmith6210
