Heavy Goods Conveyor System | Meet Q-Carts by WDX

We present a conveyor system for handling heavy goods. For a company from the furniture industry, we had the pleasure of engineering and implementing an internal transport system for chipboards.
Chipboards are collected from production by transfer carts. The presented system of conveyors for heavy loads acts as a buffer in which the chipboards are stored for 8 hours - in order to dry. After this period, transfer carts ensure a smooth flow of chipboards to the furniture.
The implemented conveyor system for heavy materials consists of:
- roller conveyors for safe transport of heavy loads
- automatic Q-Carts
- cargo flow management system
