Just a tip for ya man. When you put a chain/binder on the tracks like that, avoid putting it in an area where 2 track sections meet like you did with that 1st binder. @10:21. You see how it pulled the sections apart? If that binder were to slip or the excavator settle, that hook could wind up in the gap and possibly break through, now you have an unsecured load. Not to mention, DOT doesn't like it either. Please take this as constructive criticism. People taught me, just passing on some knowledge from one driver to another. Be safe out there, sir.

I like counting while seeing you shift through the gears, especially from low to high. Also, the air pull on the exhaust while up-shifting is a magnificent sound as well. Everything about the video was great. The slow sunset, the rear-view of the lowboy, the jake brake, etc. #dieselallday

@brandonheimer19242 жыл бұрын
You need to put a cover over the exhaust pipe of the machine or turn the cab of the machine the other way so that the wind don’t get in the exhaust and turn the turbo. It can lead to ruining the turbo because you don’t have the oil flow to lubricate the turbo while it’s spinning.
@petereyre51883 жыл бұрын

Wow the pins in that bucket are toast! Just another little tip. Carry I rubber boot and shove it in the exhaust pipe of the excavator it will save the turbo.
@Grtruckingdemolitionllc4 жыл бұрын
Not sure how the operators do the work with those terrible pins, your the second person that mentions that. Will have to do research have never seen or known about covering the exhaust pipe. Is there a reason to do it ? Lots of people I see on the highway don’t cover them
@jono75974 жыл бұрын
Grtruckingdemolition I cover the exhaust on my quad trac tractor when I haul it as when I started hauling it, that what I was told to do. I’ve heard it matters, and I’ve heard it doesn’t. So, its up to you.
@macnorman4 жыл бұрын
The breeze passing by the exhaust stack can cause the turbo to windmill and spin. With the motor off and no lubrication available bearings will be damaged and shorten its life.

Just a word of advice... when you're chaining and binding a machine... should do after you reconnect the detach... usually doing it before you reattach will cause everything to loosen up and you have to go back a redo it ... especially on the heavier machines.... always check before you start your route ofcourse... but sometimes it's just alot easier to do it that way ! Be safe and good job brother! Watch out for the idiots... a lady pulled out in front of me in 2016 and ended my heavy haul career of 22 years because she was trying to beat a red light !

On your next picture in picture, here is what I do to make the small view pop and look more pro... Instead of putting the video on the 2nd row in your timeline, put it on the 3rd row and put a colored picture on the 2nd row. (Google black or green or red background and save it as a picture (whatever color you want)). Now shrink your colored picture on row 2 to just a little bigger than the shrunk down video on row 3 and obviously, line the shrunk vid on top of the shrunk colored picture and center it up! Boom! Instant color border to seperate the 2 videos. You can thank me with a shout out!! LOL Really enjoying watching your channel grow (and your skills)

What about adding some rear fenders to the truck whether quarter fenders or half’s?. Thing would be sharp and keep the mud off the paint and such.
@al-Bismillah4 жыл бұрын
It maybe a little unusual, but, have you ever considered doing an ASMR video using your Kenworth? It could literally be damn near anything related to the truck while still having fun and exercising your truck driving skills. Something to think about - possibly that is.

Grtruckingdemolition had a young woman in her Nissan turn into my lane right in front of me on the highway was going 65mph down hill almost goin under the bridge. She was real close I could of tore her rear bumper off. This was 2 years ago in the heavy haul truck. Big W900L... would of done a lot of damage lol. Here’s another thing, the lowboy truck I’ll drive, (01 W900 long truck because has lift axle) it pulls a real long brand new Fontaine Lowboy with a flipable fourth axle. (3 axles has a 4th that can flip up). I have to turn real wide with that big guy. People will go and the end of the trailer be close to the front of their cars when they turn. Sometimes the end of the trailer will be a very little bit in there lane, and my front right or left tire will be on the curb. The truck can be a high truck also so it’s good for it. Has air bags can be lowered or raised same with the trailer height. The truck hauls really large heavy excavators loaders etc. we have a Jeep for it. 2 jeeps... makes it super long trailer! When big vehicles are in the road around little cars, the car drivers have to pay attention! I know man. They should think of what it can do to them lol. Us too gotta pay attention but it’s the car drivers that need to be most cautious when a big vehicle is on em. Stay safe man enjoy the videos. Your T800 came along way... think about tuning the engine? Maybe 600hp tune? Real good for your heavy hauling. I remember you saying it has 475? That’s not bad. Caterpillar engines are the best. Can be the lowest powered Semi truck Caterpillar motor and itll still get the job done.
