Hey Eddie! Today I hit a huge deadlift PR of 175 KG, I even surpassed my trainer in weight. I pictured you while I was lifting and it was a huge motivation!

near the beginning, guy bench pressing 1400lbs.. with boards on his chest.. never impressed when they lift like that. How much can you bench without any extra gear on to support the lift. that is real lifting.

For sure. But that weight is extreme. Just being able to hold that weight is impressive. Band shirts are out of hand

Wtf did that girl in the leg press think?! It took no small effort from TWO fairly big guys to lift the thing up, presumably with her helping as well 😂 She looked like she would maybe leg press 100kg, maybe. And she filled up the bars and put more on top 😂

Ectomorph: it is an often built for professional athletes and a lot to do it by doing sit ups And legs Mesomorph: bodybuilders are like this kind of built they are often avoiding regular sweets and junk And exercise more than 10 years And eat green vegetables Endomorphs: the powerlifters are mostly eating more than 10,000 calories than a week but they also exercise but always starting with large and very heavy weights to keep there inhuman strength

That squat fail at the end was very similar to the one that sadly took the life of that bodybuilder (Justyn Vicky). Be careful out there, and always squat in such a way that the weight can be dumped backwards rather than forwards; that shit can literally be deadly.

Eddie, that ego lifter is "El Campeón" (The Champion), only person in the world who needs THREE belts to do zero reps.

Why are people doing this sht man i understand if you are training for some competition but risking injury that can put you out for years for the sake of it is just stupid .

Why are people working out in the gym for general strength and conditioning to keep themselves in shape? Or are you referring to something else shown in the video?
