Where have you all been...I lived in Tampa, Florida, from 1986 to 1999, and during the summer, this was a daily occurrence from 1300 hours 1800 hours. South Dale Mabry had 3 major intersections that always flooded to 3' to 4' deep EVERY DAY. This is not global warming, this is piss poor municipal planning!!!
