Cloud seeding had nothing to do with this flooding, actually. The biggest problem with cloud seeding is that it it is barely effective at producing rain and often, it produces no rain whatsoever. When it does, it very local and short lived.

True God teaches love, not hate. God will never punish peaceful people. Dubai is very progressive because apart from good governance, Dubai is peaceful. Emirates are peaceful people. Its government values human rights; people of different faiths co-exist peacefully in Dubai (generally in UAE). May this serve as catalyst to all, especially in other parts of the Middle East.
