Sammi I have to say being able to drive in these conditions without anyone around kind of felt as peaceful as it can get but at the same time it makes me concerned for the town because we need everybody to come up here and enjoy this absolute beautiful scenery. it really is an incredible time in this town and I wish everyone could see it. And I’m gonna be staying inside lol. Actually I wish I could but because of my regular job I’m gonna be out in the middle of it all the time. This morning was really peaceful because one of the major highways was closed the main one to get into Big Bear. It was really quiet this morning and it was actually quite pretty and beautiful and peaceful. That’s all I need is just a couple hours up here with all this snow and no one else around and then I’m good. I needed it. I needed that release and now I’m looking forward to everybody coming up and being very excitedto come up here. I am so excited to start answering questions and helping people get around because I know how to feel when I would come up here.

Oh I love your openness .. it's a sign of a real good soul. Well it's a very common thing for instance celebrities that have a great life they can't help but focus on the one bad review. And that's a normal part of the human brain Nikk. You have to remember that the human brain as a Homo Sapien is only about 100,000.. some experts say its only. Well in the old days we had to always worry about the one noise or strange sound outside of our Hut or cave. Everything around us could be calm and peaceful but 1 different sound or noise could have been a saber-tooth tiger or large tiger. So to protect ourselves and more importantly our family, so the human brain trained itself to look for possible threats and mean animals. Well nowadays there's no saber-toothed tigers outside the cave but there are mean people. So the older part of our brain thats trained to focus on A THREAT.. AUTOMATICALLY treats a hater or a loud voice as a CONCERNING threat. A LOUD GUNSHOT could be a threat .. bad a bad review or a hater.. it not a physical threat. So the best way to handle a hater is to realize what science has proven - that they have low self-esteem and are jeolous. So rather than improve their own life they just lash out at others that are getting successful. What the experts do is instead of resisting haters they say oh ... I need more haters then I know even more that I'm successful. So please anytime a hater comes up Nikk.. just say out loud.. wow I'm so glad I'm getting successful! This hater proves it!!!! Yippee So please do that and you won't focus on the bad comments. Just let that remind you're now getting successful !! 🎯🏆👍😁

Hey there M. So I ended up getting what they said was the best Subaru I got the 2023 outback touring XT to go with my 2019 Crosstrek. I don’t know much about the Subaru and the Sales people kind of took advantage of me. You could say I didn’t want the most expensive Subaru but once they got me to test drive it that’s what I got and now it just sits because I’m struggling making the payments and I’m trying to keep the miles down so I can sell it. That’s a great question I remember driving back there a few times a few years ago after a storm and the dirt road turned into a little bit of a lake. Lol but I don’t know if there’s an actual lake back there I don’t think there is. But it is far away from everything it’s way above 7000 feet I think it’s about 7300 feet or something like that so it has potential to get good snow but it is on that side of this mountain range so the chances of snow are not that great I can’t wait for you to get your beanie I am so happy you got one of them

Maybe at my house a few feet of snow, and some parts of town probably saw almost double at the higher elevations and the Big Bear Dam area probably got close to 3 feet or more from what I can tell

You’re gonna be happy I took the time today to drive down Highway 18 and 330 just so you guys could see it that’s the one I’m uploading today but Highway 38 was much better the whole way up to On summit. There was no snow on the road. It was amazing. However once you get to the other side heading down into Bear Valley there was a little bit but nothing like it was on the front on Highway 18 so I think you’ll be much better off going up 38 unfortunately I’m not uploading highway 38 the drive up until tomorrow after you’re already gone but you need to trust me. I’m looking out for you. Wait till you see this video driving down 18 to the 330.

Hey there, Vegas. So I have a couple places that I like personally, it’s a subjective opinion though. I also have a playlist of different lodging and you can see for yourself what these places look like what the rooms look like in the whole property I think I have 17 or 18 hotels on my playlist. Robinhood Resort also sessions, retreat and hotel the best western and the Big Bear frontier these are the ones I like the best there is one other one if you’re interested in more of a high-end place to stay, which is called the club at big Bear Village and that is a Bluegreen resort it’s typically a timeshare but many times per year you can find availability on Expedia and other places to rent a room there If you go to my website bigbearweatherandmore.com I have a map of free sledding locations. These are just areas that I found and I think they’re pretty good for people to go have fun without having to pay any money but let me know if money is an option or not because then I can help you a little bit better.

And I know that part of town gets a lot of snow. That’s basically the snowiest area in the entire valley and that’s where one of my best friends his family had a humongous beautiful beautiful home right on the corner of the lake on Cove right where cove starts to turn to the right on the left-hand side right there down that long driveway is my friends vacation home. His parents have many of these mansions all over the world so when you say Cove Street, I am so envious because someday I’ll be able to have a house like that with enough, hard work and effort.

Hi there S Guevara. Well, how’s it going my friend? First of all I hope you have a kick ass time when you get here and if you’re coming up this weekend I can’t be for sure, but I know the temperatures tomorrow and Saturday are not supposed to get above freezing up here , so there is a chance they still might be required CHAINS. But you said you have a 4 x 4 truck so the only issue you might come into is if they’re still requiring tire chains if you don’t have snow tires with your 4 x 4 truck, then they might make you put on tire chains but your best bet is to go to the Caltrans website The day you’re planning on coming up here. It’s really simple dude. There’s a drop-down menu and then you’ll click on travel and then another menu pops up and you’ll click on road conditions type in the number of the road that you plan on driving up and then hit the search button It’ll tell you exactly what it is. It’s the most up-to-date. I’m thinking it’s a 50-50 tossup only because as I said we’re not supposed to get above freezing at all until Sunday Of course I want you to be safe. I want you to have a good time when you come up here and if you’re going snowboarding, I want you to shred but just stay in touch and also check out the Caltrans website. It’s super easy to use bro.

So unfortunately I’m never gonna be able to predict when they’re going to with the chain restrictions so I always suggest you go to the Caltrans website it’s very very simple. There is a drop-down menu and you’ll click on travel, and then another drop-down menu which says road conditions and then type in the highway numbers you plan on or or considering driving on and it’ll give you all the most up-to-date information but unfortunately I’m not able to tell you With any certainty. However, I will guess that it won’t be required by Monday but again that’s just a guess I could be wrong. Just make sure you guys have a wonderful time when you get up here and I hope you create a bunch of lifelong memories
