Nah I ended up finding out all it is , is speed coz it’s all by sensors coz I hit one at 700 and you can hear on the video pure just sound of it and could tell it was good then hit it again just quicker and it hit 800 then did it a 3rd time with more speed and power and got 867 only did it yesterday 😂

These machines can't accurate gauge anything. Even an old Lewis would realistically punch much harder than any of those boxers. The last thing you lose is punching power, that's why Foreman came back when he was old and was knocking guys half his age. Lewis is one of the biggest punchers of all time.

Shorter people have an advantage with those machines because the machine registers upward force. Lennox being taller hit it at a downward angle. The trick is to come at it from underneath which also enables you to bring your hips and legs into it.

Remember: Lennox Lewis is the only fighter to ever drop iron chinned Mike Tyson with a SINGLE blow to the head. It happened in Memphis 2002, round 8. Tyson was 35 years old. Buster Douglas had to use powerful combinations to drop Mike, Lewis only needed one overhand right. Holyfield never dropped Tyson with a headshot at all. If you hit that bag with a straight punch it might not do as well as if you use a clubbing punch. That is if it measures the force of the bags impact contacting the sensor. A straight punch sends it forward and a clubbing/windmill punch sends the bag downward but than rebounding upward and hitting the top with more force. The head butt might have actually won.
