I'm not sure how to spell it in Hebrew (and don't have a Hebrew keyboard installed, anyhow), but I think that "ahnohee" is "I am", just like "ani". Sort of like I'm and I am in English. Edit: it looks like someone already explained and then deleted their comment, based on your "Hey, thanks", so sorry if this is annoying.

Shalom שלום Is yomer the present form or continuation of past tense? And also the waav in front of ויאמר is part of it or does it mean "and"????

יאמר is usually present or future tense. ויאמר is a past tense form, used in a narrative sequence, but the explanation of the vav that is part of the form is quite complex and would be hard to explain succinctly here. We recommend consulting a recent Hebrew grammar for a more complete discussion of vayyiqtol forms and yiqtol (imperfect) forms, because they're not easily explained in terms of tense like English.

Ki has different translations in different contexts, but here it marks a counter-statement after a negative statement, similar to “on the contrary” or “but rather...”

When a word is followed by a maqqef (־) the stress moves to the word following the maqqef. This transforms "כֹּל" into a closed, unaccented syllable, which in Biblical Hebrew grammar must take a short vowel. So, the cholem ( ֺ ) changes to a qamets chatuph ( ָ ). Because the qamets is on a closed, unaccented syllable, it is pronounced with the [o] sound.
