The third case - is that also to express something over which we have no control, like in the second case? For example, if my professor says, 'This is your first summer in Israel? You will enjoy it!" If I want to say, "I have applied for an internship in Oslo, I intend to be in Norway" would I say 'אני מתעתד להיות בנורבגיה' ?
