I’ve studied a very similar topic as you two are discussing. I think a lot of folk are. The Oct. 7th attack called Al-Aqsa Flood, connects us to the Temple Mount (Al-Aqsa), but an interesting connection also is: there were roughly 6,000 Palestinian militants involved on Oct 7, which is the size of a Roman Legion. I thought that was another fascinating connect. I can’t tell if Nehemiah is joking, being sarcastic-but don’t most Christians believe what he’s referring to? I view (as I think most modern Christians have come to realize) that Daniel 9 is speaking of Jesus, but Hebrew, how I understand it, carries both positive and negative implications or consequences… so while chapter 9 is about Jesus it’s also concerning the antichrist as well. It’s good to have a good time! But that had to be painful for Joe. I read one book that says it’s 49x70 = 3430 years, which began in 1406BCE. The math here is pretty straightforward: 3430 - 1406 = 2024. The claim is that the clock started ticking in 1406 BCE and the cycle brings us to 2024, which is the beginning of the final 7 year period that’s left. Another interesting approach is understanding the feast of weeks as 490 years x 7 = 3430, but then also understanding as, 490 x 4 = 1960. This began at the destruction of the temple in 70CE- but we need to add the 40 years between the cutting off of the Messiah in 30CE to 70CE and this gives us a total of 2000 years from the time of Jesus until now.

Yes, Yom Teruah (Tishri 1) marks the announcement of His birth. Two weeks later, on Tishri 15, he was actually born, as you mentioned. Then, one week after that, on the eighth day (Tishri 22), he was circumcised.

Ummmm, the Creators calendar does not begin or align with gregorian years Mr. Dumond. Your math is based within those time lines, which means it really is not correct. I like your data on the tombstones, but your calendar needs to be founded on Hebrew years, and then you can make a translation into gregorian years if you would like. Although I do not think the gentile pagans who keep that calendar care about these things. But Your date for the exodus is flawed, 430 years from Abraham entering the land takes us to the beginning of 2452 (just after a Yovbel year), which makes the time of the exodus and the years spent conquering the land ending in 2500 (a Yovbel year) so then when they began planting and harvesting the 1st year of the 50th Yovbel in 2501, That way they could fiulfill the command to count 50 years and then have a Yovbel, 2500 was also the 1st year of a shemitah cycle, so they could begin planting that year, because they did not harvest, but only gathered what grew of itself,
