Something that must always be considered is that the Children of Israel were completely involved in paganism and held onto many customs, practices and deities of the Egyptians. This is spoken of many times in the Bible. Those same practices are still carried and practiced today by many of the children of Israel.

@@akweteyamaah I understand…I’m just giving you a source from an Akan person that you can access. Many traditions and customs are oral and not written history. Many of these people don’t have higher education and haven’t written books. They orally tell and teach the customs of their people. Just because something isn’t noted in a book doesn’t make it not true or invaluable. You analyze things from a scholarly perspective and that’s great. But there is a lot out there that isn’t documented and written.

@obadyahuyasharal4075 Certainly! I grasp the concept of assimilation. However, the writer "Rattray" is obtaining this information directly from the Asante elders, priests, chiefs, and other first hand sources "1881-1938". He is documenting their oral narratives. Are you suggesting that there are recent oral accounts that present different perspectives?

By doing this you can never make videos, which you already have, multiple times, AMBIGOUSLY attempting to make the tiny bits of connections between the Ga tribe and the people of Israel. You will be the biggest hypocrite. This video again does not debunk or disprove anything. So what if the author misinterpreted some of the sources? even if its true that he did.. I believe the Akans/Asante people consider their chiefs as priests as well, I think they are called "ohene komfo".. so you making a big deal about that is completely ridiculous. You're acting like you are any better... like people can trust you to be wholly credible. This is laughable.

The number of multi-dimensionally poor persons is highest in the Ashanti Region with 959,031] You have 1milion people under the poverty line in Asante! What happened to your empire? Don't forget the first Kingdom was Ayi-waso! It's crucial to focus on lifting your people out of poverty rather than dwelling on past glories or claiming Hebrew ancestry.

You forgot to mention that it's also stated that "Despite the Ashanti Region having a LOWER percentage of its population living in POVERTY, it has the highest number of multi-dimensionally poor individuals, with over 900,000 people affected." The reason why they lead in the most people affected is because of their population!! The Ashanti region is the 2nd most populated region in Ghana, second only to the capital of Ghana. Why are you so much concerned about the priesthood of the Israelites? Has anybody claimed Akans as having historical roots in the tribe of Israel?. Bear in mind that migration from place to place for hundreds of years would definitely add so many things to a peoples original ways of living especially in their spiritual practices. You can not make any meaningful comparison between the practices of today and the practices of Israel of old. Be reminded that Israel as a nation was not made only of the tribe of Levi. Idolatry was the main reason God sent them into exile. Idolatry was an integral part of an Israel that had departed from the ways of the God of Israel.

No! No one else can tell our story but us, these sources, “academia” or otherwise are used for alignment, but our only true knowledge of self is in Torah E.G. Liv 6:20-21 fry dumplin, flitters,different “Johnny cake” we call it in JA in the morning we can still consume fine flour 1/2 lb (staple food) & nighttime fish/jerk chicken and “festival” fry dough (is this merely coincidence…NO!) Judges 6:19 “manish water” is goat soup the akans/igbos/congo Israelites descendants are the only nations in the western world, which goat kid soup is a staple food among us “Manish Wata” I have nothing personal against you my brother, but remember you can deceive me, but not JAH and the question still remains, why not search and seek out the correlation we need, instead of highlighting indifference?

No (we read between the lines, “academia or otherwise” ) until we write our own stories, we can only take the meat and cast off the rest! The author was very explicit in describing the so called “Jamaicans” as a people that’s dwell near water and disturb the Sunday worhippers, so many layers to peel back but water is very important Israelite purification method and Torah is the PRIMARY source of remembering : Examples of perpetual laws in JA: Liv 6:20-21 (morning as early as 4am fry dumplin, flitters, & 11pm-4am nighttime fish / jerk chicken with festival (fry dumplin or fine flour is a staple food we still keep that custom in JA & ghana) some might not understand the origin because it’s spiritual Judges 6:19 (Manish Water) from this Benjamite!!! Goat (kid) head soup is a staple in Jamaica and the Israelite diaspora in the Caribbean we brought this to the western world and the proof is no other nation outside the Israelites do this “manish wata” except jamaican and the Caribbean (congo/akan/igbo) I’ve no quarrels are hate, because you are my brother, but respectfully why not seek & search for correlation to help restore Israel scattered or on the mother continent instead of highlighting indifferences?

Yahweh is called Yao in Twi. His other name is Abrao, just as the "father" of the Hebrews is Abra(ham). Nyame is a short form of OnyAMEN, and that name "Amen" is found in Revelations 3:14, a praise name that Jesus uses for himself. So I don't even need to watch the full video to hear your breakdown. Listen to Rabboni, Let him explain. It is called straddling the fence. Now, when he has made his point, you need to study for self and like math, add it all up. If it is square, then you have your answer. Because the Asante supposedly didn’t circumcise until later, does not mean they are not Hebrew. The question is, what outside influences were there. Traveling from the east to the west of Africa, what traditions did they pick up and loose . Look at the diaspora, we lost names, traditions, had no ideas about. Does the Asante people have the same dna haplogroup as the Gadangbe people? If so, they are the same. Rabboni is making you use critical thinking! If you disagree with him, prove him wrong. If you are going to sit at his feet and not work for yourself, research, then you will not grow. Again, do the Asante people have the same haplogroup DNA, E1B1A. We are in a time of Gensis/Genealogy.

No disrespect to Edo of Benin as many West Africans and diaspora are mixed with Edo’s. It is a fact that Edo spiritual leader is Ehi, who is a son of Benjamin. I read multiple sources and I found the name to be true. Do you know if they are of Benjamin? I know Benin is Hebrew but? If you don’t answer this, I respect either
@Wordaround1014 ай бұрын
Exactly my thinking, this is why I’ve been studying DNA haplogroups and migrations. And matching that with historical accounts to identify who is who. E.g. E1b1a= Israelite descendants of the people they called Natufians, the early farmers whose homeland was Israel and dominated the Levant for a while. E1b1b= the indigenous Arabs, Ishmaelites and Joktanites etc. And how both E groups that migrated into Africa came from the haplogroup DE, these are the early shemites, Afroasiatic people. DE split in the Levant. E groups dominate Africa today and many (particularly E1B1A’s) went into Africa during what they call the Bantu migration/expansion. Most settled in West and Central Africa today. Whereas E1b1b’s can be found in places like Yemen and Ethiopia. Their migrations match that of the ancient Arabs throughout history. And 40% of the Japanese population today are D. Very interesting stuff.
