Eternal Salvation when Paul finished the writing of God’s word which includes Hebrews is to believe and trust in the finished works of Christ in his death burial and resurrection. This will be the same for those born during the 1000yr reign of Christ. Man cannot justify himself before God by doing or not doing something. It is in fact believing in the faith of Christ.

Rightly dividing is defined as accurately handling, most people do not accurately handle the Bible they divide up in chunks and destroy it.
