@@kdsaltaccountThank you so much!! As far as range goes, you just have to be persistent and patient. Play high AND low everyday. It’s very important to be disciplined and responsible with your chops. Use minimal pressure and give your face plenty of rest. For most people (especially me), It takes a long time to develop range so don’t force it. Stay consistent and results will come slowly but surely!

That's impressive for 10 months! Keep in mind that some of these Texas players were taught with like very well funded middle schoolers. Of course, they dedicated themselves to the craft, but keep in mind that they have more experience you. Your range will come with time 😁

Ooo what you should practice instead is vibrato and more musical elements. Maybe improve articulations and clarity of tone. Those will help with range in the long run as well, since stuff like vibrato requires good air control!
