Please apprise the following: 1. First, if we need to send our degree for ECA after HEC attestation, at which stage we need to inform HEC about that. Because all the international agencies authorized for ECA demands HEC attested documents in HEC sealed envelope. 2. Secondly, I already had my BISE and HEC attestation for some other purposes few years ago. However, the ECA agencies require fresh attestation from HEC. My question is that, in this case do I need to go again for BISE attestation before submitting my degrees to HEC…???

Brother in HEC they don't write that you have to attest your metric and FSC from IBCC. They just that if you done 10 or 12 year education from abroad than you have to attest equilance certificate from IBCC. It is in there official site
