Additional Requirement for MS/M.Phil. & PhD Degree
​​If a degree program of MS/MPhil/Equivalent has been launched by the university after 07th November 2013, issuance of N​OC by HEC is mandatory. The list showing campus details of NOC is available at ​the web link Updated-list-NOC-Issued.pdf
​For attestation of a PhD degree, the name of the degree holder should be available in the PhD Country Directory (PCD).​

My degree name is not mentioned in this list of hec , how can i get my degree attested if my degree name or university name is not mentioned in this list of hec which you are talking ng about in your video ?

Ok you have to contact with university focal person normally univerties ssign this duty to university controller of exam so please first contact with controller of exam office new started degree program not updated yet on hec portal it not your university mistake or from hec no need to worry simplely visit controller exam office discuss this problem you r facing so for
