Saw him live a couple of times He had the audience in the palm of his hand. Wonderful comedian. Never nasty humour and unlike a lot of so called "comedians" today he was actually funny and didn't resort to cheap nasty humour.Sadly missed but not forgotten. Thanks, Hector for all the laughs.

I had the true honour of sharing the same stage as Hector at Butlins in Ayr back in 1982. What a lovely man, and sadly missed.
