Thanks for the video!! It's great! One quick question: If I'm doing a cleanup and the property was purchased last year and there isn't a bank line to reconcile the deposits to the escrow clearing act because I inherited the books, how should I reconcile this instead so the balance sheet doesn't show a negative (credit) balance in the Escrow clearing account? I was thinking debiting the escrow and crediting opening balance equity?

Can you do a video on real estate agents and splitting commissions, giving a credit to closing or buyers or sellers (giving part of your commission away by either percent and dollar amount)? It would be nice to track Gross Commission Income and Net Commission etc. How much sales we did for the year and how much we pay to the broker etc.
