It should of been stopped after he fell the third time, like you say respect to him for continually getting back up but Heggie was completely clueless and more of a danger to the fighters then the fighters themselves, shouting you can headbutt and ignoring the twenty count on the knock downs, Heggie let that bloke take a hiding, shouldn’t be anywhere near a fight let alone reffing it.
