Hedras Ramos with X700 Duality

I just purchased a Cort X700 in bright blue burst a few days ago. I've been playing guitar for 30 years (since 1990). I perform in a few local and regional bands playing rock, pop, and metal. This X700 is an absolutely amazing guitar! It compares in quality to my Ibanez Prestige and USA Custom guitars, which were more than double the cost! The X700 is beautiful, sounds amazing, and is very comfortable to play. Plus it has the advantage of stainless steel frets that will last a very long time. It's my new favorite guitar for both its beauty and great tone. The non-locking bridge is very high quality, better than Fender USA and at least as good as the Gotoh bridges used on Charvel and Suhr guitars. Hedras Ramos is right... this is a GREAT guitar, and I love it too! BTW, Hedras is an AMAZING player with a cool style of playing. Congratulations to all the employees at Cort for designing and building such an outstanding instrument!!!

I also just bought one and also have been playing for many many years. I too am blown away at how nice the x700 is. It easily compares to my much more expensive guitars and has become a favorite

Can someone tell me if frets on Cort guitars are perfectly leveled and crowned/polished? In past I purchased Cort X-6VPR and I just couldn't set the action below 2.5mm on treble and 3mm on bass side. Too much buzz and uneven frets. I want to give this X700 a try, so please let me know if anyone has experience if the frets are leveled properly or not on newer cort guitars? Guitar looks very nice.

Can someone tell me what that thing he's got on the neck... I think it is a kind of sliding capo but not sure. I just got back into playing guitar, hung it up for a while after the band split.

Sure bro! That is a freetwrap your can use it to mute the strings and it will give you a better and clean sound, basically it will reduce the noise using distortion for example, also it will help you with different techniques like tapping, and a lot of guitarrist use it to play in a studio.

If you have an issue with palm muting or generally would prefer to not have to bother. Use a fretwrap like he is. They are mega popular

This one is not needed model, cause G290 FAT is already presented. First of all, last one sounds much better. Second, it looks like guitar with ordinary but at the same time with quality design. Unlike X700 looks like a "thing for 13 years old girls", "with bells and whistles", i am about that stupid uncolored contour.
