In this video, i show you my way of training the speed change for the BH Trial or other IGP-Trials. With the help of the white sticks i make sure, that i don't have to count and can focus on the actual exercise.

This is awesome. My dog has his bh in march/April this year and I hope this really helps me. On the field my dog isn't interested in any food but he is only interested in the ball. Any suggestions for getting that desire with food and focus?

Try to make your dog understand that food is a high value reward. Make him understand, that food is existential and your dog has to work for it. Other option you have, try to fade your ball „lure“ away by slowly changing from direct to indirect reward to get rid of the ball under your arm pit.
