Sorry, had a pretty busy day. Forced a video out late in the evening... could have made better quality. Next time I'll do better! Thanks for watching!

@@hegamurl7434 I don't think anything terrible happened. You're making the best videos about TIA Portal, really. So I can bear it for a couple of days. P.S. Also find your first channel :-)

@@Vozzhd is there another channel about Tia from Hegamurl ??
@Vozzhd4 жыл бұрын
@@mortenlund1418 Yes, but there are only seven videos. It looks like the first attempts to make a TIA Portal video. Rising of Hegamurl :-)

It was not confusing at all, on the contrary. Great videos you make!

Hey, nice explanation! I have one question. Are the PIIT and PIOT called, in a more general matter, the INPUT/OUTPUT registers?

Thank you very much! Can you explain please what does percentage sign - % mean in inputs/outputs names? it' still ununderstanding for me and i didn't find the answer on the internet
@hegamurl74344 жыл бұрын
The % sign indicates an "Absolute Address"... that means the user and the PLC know exactly where it extists in the storage. That is the case for Output/Input and Memory tables. e.g. %M3.4, %Q53.3 or %DB3.DBX5.3 The opposite of those would be "Indirect Addresses", which do not have a fixed address and are used more hollistically by the programmer without him/her knowing which memory area is exactly used. That is the case for most data blocks, where you only use names and no addresses. Those names are highlighted with quoatation marks e.g. "Start Memory" or "Motor is runnung"

Hi, I use Paint hoho!
@hugoburns83444 жыл бұрын
Hi there, usage of Photoshop for such a task is just an overkill. I've just got a laugh from your torments with this costly software. Simple move towards free Microsoft Expression Design 4 and forget about torments :)
@hegamurl74344 жыл бұрын
100% agreed! Usually I would even use Powerpoint or simply paint... but sometimes I like to play around and see 😊
@hugoburns83444 жыл бұрын
@@hegamurl7434 , play around with Expression Design! Of course it requires some folds in the brain as well. However, I noticed that I had focused on this software doing the same job as you in tech.uni. ;) If there's a necessity I can give some simple tips on usage.
