He'd have to ignore the unconstitutional laws that he previously pushed so hard to make federal law (but I don't expect anyone to legitimately acknowledge that fact. Ppl only seem to make excuses for the tyranny). National Archives - 3/12/2018 "•President Trump’s Administration is calling on every State to adopt Extreme Risk Protection Orders (ERPOs). •The President is directing the Department of Justice to provide financial and technical assistance to States, at their request on establishing and implementing ERPOs. •ERPOs allow law enforcement, with approval from a court, to remove firearms from individuals who are a demonstrated threat to themselves or others and temporarily prevent individuals from purchasing new firearms."

When I was 28 I was caught with less than a gram of cocaine. I received 3 years unsupervised Probation and a five hundred dollar Court cost also a felony. No Jail time None This was not a violent crime. No fire arms were involved. No firearms for confiscated. I am 64 years old now. Retired haven't been in any trouble since. I would love to get my firearms privileges back. I guess that's something me and Donald Trump have in common. We both can't have guns. Maybe the Supreme Court or Donald Trump could fix this issue.

Well maybe this is the incentive that our new Congress needs to make changes on the background check so people who do not have a long-standing violent criminal history aren't denied their rights anymore. The questions on that background check are utterly repugnant for how they arbitrarily blanket ban groups of people without individual discriminatory process. So much collateral damage on good non violent people's rights just to prevent a few bad apples from obtaining firearms.

He has already been Convicted, therfore a Convicted fellon and that why he already got rid of them. Until today he was not Sentenced. That's it. He also has not been a incarcerated inmate.
