How do you change the tool in manual mode and how do you set tool length offsets?

My tnc always say "Selected block not addressed" even i reset and press goto 0. It also not work in test mode

If every time hit the magazine when making the tool change that has to adjust the ATC arm and magazine's position, and also need checking the second reference point, so you need to ask local service help you. Thanks & Regards,
