Hi, where did you buy your minc? I bought mine in Ebay and they sent me US to europe cord I plugged them in and start smoking and the electric connection was down. Does your produced smoke too? It look like you have UK cord.

lilsis I recently got the toner pen and reactive paint, the paint is awesome but don't bother with the pen! I don't use the machine as much as I thought I would but I think my laser printer doesn't kick out enough ink. I wanted it to use with my own designs and they often come out patchy. I'm keeping the machine though as I hope to try it with a better printer one day and it works great with the Heidi swapp minc items and the reactive paint. I hope that helps!

you are lucky, I am a member of the CC club too, my machine arrived minus carrier sheet and other things. I have had it for 2 weeks and can't use it, two phone calls later I am keeping my fingers crossed!! :(

Bill Collins have you tried using a piece of folded printing paper as a carrier instead?
