This video isn’t for low/middle class who wants to apply/move to Japan. I once attended a seminar from Jellyfish and somehow their offer is quite expensive for those who want to apply/more to Japan. Tho reasonable because they use the “study now, pay later” system I think.

Grabe ang tagal na pala ang process ng eligibility ngayon. Yung sa akin mabilis lang noon 2014, under also with jellyfish. Nagsubmit ako ng requirements in september 2014 then nakuha ko yun nung 1st week of december of the same year, then the next month naka lipad na ako. Maybe iba na ngayon unlike before na mas strict na ng konti.

Hi. I just got my COE for student visa but I have to pay 400k for 1 year class. I will study in Japan for 2 years so I should prepare at least 800k for tuition fees only. Is it worth it? I mean, I am also planning to get tourist visa since my auntie is in Japan right now. Is it possible that I can turn it into working visa if there would be a company who is liking my job performance? Thank you. I am so confused.
@heidisarol
@heidisarol 4 жыл бұрын
Marvin Eunoia Hi Marvin, congrats on your COE! I think going to language school is only worth it if you plan to use Japanese to enter an office or to take further studies. If it aligns with your goals then by all means go for it. From what I know, they will not be permitting tourist visa holders to change their status into working visas any longer. I could be wrong so please fact check. Thank you and good luck!

Hi Heidi, it’s me again! I have been binge watching your videos and I wanted to ask a few questions about visa ex. Visa status, length of validity, and what you can do with a work visa (I just watched your videos about working as an English teacher). Also, in relation to the vaccine roll out in Japan, do you think work visa holders would be eligible at all? Your response will be appreciated!
@KitsuneSydney
@KitsuneSydney 3 жыл бұрын
Visa status is easy to get (student/job) and will usually have to be renewed every year or two. My student visa lasted for 2 years and my marriage visa (current) needs to be renewed every year (: I think you can come if you have a work visa, but it will need to be when the lockdown ends I think. Which is end of august now. If all else fails I am sure by the end of the year everyone will be able to come back
@heidisarol
@heidisarol 3 жыл бұрын
So sorry for the late reply! visa length varies per status from what I remember. I only had a year and 3 months when I was a student. Currently I'm on a work visa that needs to be renewed yearly. Yes as long as you have residence status in Japan I think you qualify for a vaccine!

Hello! I have no experience with college in Japan so I can't really give you any tips. All I can say is that to to work in Japan and qualify for a work visa requires a college degree. If you plan on teaching it would be better to get an online certification on top of your degree.
