Well... her and Chelsea Wolfe :D (whom Heike apparently appreciates as well) Literally every single person I've ever met who has loved Chelsea/Ben's music has either been super cool, made really good music themselves, or knows about a lot of good music I haven't heard yet! It's Ungodly how good all these folks (Mike, Heike, Ben, Chelsea, Draconian members) are at what they do. If they were to form A Supergroup, they'd be The Fucking Beatles, The Floyd, The Zeppelin, The Sabbath of The Goth World, basically, and Never superseded on Earth, EVER ... in fact, they'd probably be too powerful, that if they all started to make music in the same room together, the universe itself would probably negate existence by the time the first song had come into being.

@@vv7299 I'm pretty sure nobody here knows about her or Mazzy Star. They was unique and in the past, Heiki is the now and with much more positive lyrics and to what we better understand. Don't get me wrong Fade into you was epic, but as far as vocals and harmony, Heiki is the sound we all need to appreciate now while keeping respect for the past. If that makes sense to you.

@@lashtal why would you want a super group? Maybe a few songs with most of those you mentioned, but I personally feel that Heiki is making her own path with perfection without needing to be involved with a group. I appreciate her and everything she has done with her personal projects, one that I appreciate is with Hallatar for My mistake really gets me. Then Wolfheart is the same feeling for me. I just love her being who she is.

@@Vanguard521 she played all the synths? wow. There's some very good melodies happening synth-wise. Guess I shouldn't be too surprised, singing and playing instruments are closely tied. Buuuuut, dang. If she couldn't sing, she'd be a dope lead synthesizer player.

@@lashtal we both write and record the music together in Light Field Reverie and Remina, she's an incredibly talented musician as well as an amazing vocalist, she doesn't get enough credit for her musical ability alongside her vocals!

@@ghostbirdmike some of these synth lines are just... REALLY GOOD And you guys are both EXCEEDINGLY TALENTED, no question about it. Though yes, her vox are absolutely earth shaking and they do what I call "hitting the vein of The Universe", which means, a person is so ungodly talented that The Universe literally puts a light on that talent and makes you literally pay attention to it. You know me, we've talked a lot (off and on the past few months)... I think you guys are both fucking AMAZING, I love you guys and I hope you guys just make music FOREVER :) and Ever and Ever and EVER :) !!! How's the new music coming along, by the way?

@@lashtal thank you so much! That really means a lot to us both, and we're always working away at stuff. Heike really does have a ludicrous amount of talent though, and her voice is incredibly special but she's a master of weaving beautiful hypnotic melodies together musically and she creates these seriously incredible synth sounds. The similarities make sense, like ISAE was originally a Lorelei track and the original version will be on the new album, and hearing the new stuff she's writing come together for the Lorelei album is amazing. It's definitely going to be special once she's done! New music in terms of Light Field and Remina is going really well too, we have some new Remina stuff coming soon (we're doing regular singles towards an eventual album physical release approach for that project) and the Light Field Reverie album is well underway, so lots coming up :) I hope you've been doing well!

My grandfather was 4 when they escaped from Köln in Germany to Namibia. Both my parents were born in Namibia where the Germans occupied. So no Dutch, but the Afrikaans language is close.
